Olivia Dunne shouldn’t have any problem getting Taylor Swift tickets.
Dunne, the NIL star and gymnast at LSU, raved about Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who is dating Swift, after getting a chance to meet him with her own boyfriend, Paul Skenes, the Pirates phenom rookie pitcher.
“Travis Kelce is super nice, like he’s actually the man, he’s a good guy,” Dunne said while speaking on the “Best of Both Worlds” podcast with LSU basketball star Flau’jae Johnson.
“He was so chill.
He was at one of the photo shoots I was at this summer, and he was like, ‘Well, if you or Paul ever need tickets to a Taylor concert or need a hookup, just let me know.’
I was like, ‘Are you kidding me? No way!’”
Though she’s part of a power couple herself, Dunne picked Kelce and Swift as “the most hyped power couple” in sports.
She also detailed how she and Skenes, who played collegiately at LSU as well, met and began their romance.
“I met Paul and I would kind of see him around and I was like, ‘Who is this tall, mysterious guy?’
I literally had no clue who he was, but I would just see him around,” Dunne said.
“Then, during baseball season, he wasn’t even playing that game [I was at], he was in the dugout.
“So I saw him in the dugout and I was like, ‘There he is.’ I thought, ‘He’s cute, I like that side profile.’
He didn’t have a mustache yet, so he wasn’t even the Paul Skenes that we all know and love yet.
Mustaches, right? Right. So after that, I ended up following him [on social media] and we hung out, got ice cream, and it was chill.”
Dunne gushed about Skenes flying her to where he is so they can spend time together during their respective seasons.
“I think now Paul, he kind of gets me,” Dunne said.
He said it loud and clear: “You can joke all you want, but don’t disrespect someone who puts their heart into what they create.
