Just 30 years old, Justin Bieber has been recently reclusive and emotionally distant to people around him, according to sources.

It comes at a time when there is huge trust deficit building in his life.

This follows the pop star’s name being drawn into a New York City arrest involving his former mentor, Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Although Bieber has denied any involvement in the allegations pointed towards Combs, the singer is said to be failing to relate with people and has distanced himself from people around him.

Insiders claim that Bieber has been behaving erratically, scaring his loved ones.

Indeed, his family is said to worry about him, especially after several public appearances recently.

After becoming a father in August by welcoming the first child with his wife Hailey, he frightened fans with his increasingly isolated attitude.

Videos from Bieber’s adolescent years surfaced online, and the association of Bieber with Combs resurfaced once again.

In one video, Diddy, who was in his 40s at the time, stands next to a 15-year-old Bieber saying that they were spending 48 hours together doing things he refused to specify.

In another video, Diddy is seen inspecting Bieber for a hidden wire before they boarded a private jet.

These clips raised eyebrows, particularly in light of Diddy’s recent arrest.

Those close to the situation said such proximity could be part of Bieber’s rebellious teenage phase.

A music industry insider, who indeed worked with Bieber back then, raised further suspicions about his judgment at the time, as he could have been involved in questionable activities.

The source also mentioned that, at one point in time, when Bieber was the world’s biggest pop star, he had been through a stressful time of his teenage life.

In fact, most of those associated with him were actually very worried about his well-being at that particular time.

Some of the individuals even suspected that his acquaintances, like Diddy, were taking advantage of his weakness.

Even though Bieber is on the way to recovering from his complicated past, insiders claimed that problems still continue.

According to them, Bieber does not trust people again as he used to, and this has made him away from even some of his closest friends.
