Bethenny Frankel Doubles Down Over Travis Kelce Comments
Bethenny Frankel has once again confused her followers by commenting on Travis Kelce and his relationship with Taylor Swift.
The NFL three-time Superbowl winner with the Kansas City Chiefs was the subject of Frankel’s attention last Thursday, when she slammed his passionate outbursts at this year’s big game.
Kelce made headlines when he yelled in the Chiefs’ main coach, Andy Reid’s, face and later sang “Viva Las Vegas” on the winner’s podium after the Super Bowl.
Despite sparking fury with her comments, Frankel has doubled down on them and even though she has not met Kelce, described him as a “peacock.”
It just hit me,” the former Real Housewives of New York star began her video posted to Instagram. She went on to describe how she had dated a guy similar to Kelce, who was a “big burly charismatic man who needed to be the center of attention.”
“Being in that relationship made me feel like I was driving without breaks. It was just really fun and really electric, but this person just always wanted to party.”
Frankel added: “But when you get into real life and you get into kids and marriage and things like that… it’s not easy [and] relationships take work. And it’s hard, because Taylor Swift is certainly a peacock. So they’re really usually can only be one peacock in a relationship.”
She predicted the singer and Kelce’s relationship would not last long, but her comments drew the ire of her followers.
“You don’t even know him or their relationship. Let’s please start spreading more love and kindness. Have you seen the love he has for his family, his friends, his teammates, his girlfriend, how much he does for charity?”
Another person added: “I believe that he was just celebrating the moment and that is all! This is not him on the daily by any means. I think he may be very down to earth and has manners and integrity.”
And a third wrote: “I dont understand why people care so much about people they’ve never met. No matter what happens within their relationship it’s none of our business. Just because he’s not for you, doesn’t mean she or someone else isn’t for him. And vice versa. Miss Swift isn’t perfect nor is he. Stop being so judgemental, live your life, and let them live theirs.”

Jennifer Lopez’s Taylor Swift comment goes viral
Swift and Kelce went public with their relationship in September and have dominated media coverage ever since.
In fact, their new love has likely earned the NFL and Chiefs an estimated $331.5 million in brand value alone since September.
“If you took a population base of the seven billion people in the world, many could name an athlete from global sports such as Formula 1 or English Premier League,” Eric Smallwood, president of Apex Marketing Group—which conducted research into the economic impact of Swift and Kelce’s relationship and came up with the figure— previously told Newsweek.
And that’s what this whole viral episode is all about; it has really catapulted Travis and made him a known name in other parts of the world.”
He added: “The equivalent brand value is what it would cost for a brand to advertise across media where they have gotten exposure from TV to print, radio and social media.”
In the same period of time there were 100,000 mentions of the couple in traditional media alone.
