The wife of Patrick Mahomes took to Instagram on Thursday to share four photos from her recent Sport Illustrated Swimsuit shoot.

She put her toned figure on display while rocking a barely-there red bikini top with matching string bottoms.

However, it was her accompanying caption that left some fans scratching their heads.

‘Daily reminder to: Take care of your body. Your health is important,’ she wrote.

Brittany, who is currently pregnant with her third child, added, ‘And….currently look nothing like this.’

Many fans slammed the apparent rhetoric that thinness equates to health.

‘We love a strong, healthy Queen- but it’s super important to remember that this is not the normal, most women do not look like this, nor have the unlimited access to trainers and coaches and gyms and supplements to look like this,’ one fan wrote.

The commenter went on, ‘So, let’s let Brittany show her love for herself, which is fine, while reminding all the other women out there that healthy comes in all shapes and sizes.’

Another chimed in, ‘Daily reminder: you don’t have to look like this to be healthy!’

A third echoed the sentiment, ‘These pictures have nothing to do with being healthy.’
