Glen Powell made a telling remark about ‘timing’ amid swirling romance rumors between himself and Sydney Sweeney.
The two had a friendly reunion in Dallas over the weekend for his sister’s wedding, shortly after news broke Sydney had called off her wedding from Jonathan Davino.
But, during an appearance on Today’s Jenna & Friends, Powell didn’t say anything about the new speculation and noted his sister was ‘great friends’ with Sydney.
The wedding caused a little bit of a stir. Did that surprise you?’ Jenna Bush Hager asked.
‘You know, timing is everything in this world, isn’t it?’ a laughing Glen replied, seemingly referencing Sydney’s newly-single status, the romance rumors they were once entangled in, and the wedding.
‘She and Syd are obviously great friends and it was a hell of a wedding,’ he said after Hager joked his presence diverted attention away from the newlyweds.
