Kardashian critics ‘disappointed’ with family for staying silent during election campaign…see more

The Kardashian and Jenner family has received backlash after staying quiet during the presidential election.

Kourtney, Kim, Robert, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie and Kris Jenner did not post once during the presidential campaign.

The 2024 presidential election was one of the most important elections yet with former President Donald Trump and JD Vance representing the Republican party going against Vice President Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, representing the Democratic party.

Trump won the race and will be the 47th President of the United States starting Monday, January 20, 2025, after being sworn in.

Kardashian and Jenner critics took notice and posted on Reddit that they were “disappointed.”

One user wrote: “No talk about election at all.

Am I the only one who noticed little to no posts about the most important thing happening in the US right now across all of the ladies social media (apart from one story from Kendall).

It’s very disappointing considering how influential they are.”

Others agreed but were also not surprised since Ivanka Trump is friends with Kim.

One person wrote: “Lol of course not, Kim is besties with Ivanka – she’s at her birthdays and dinners etc, and they all hang out wiith Bezos etc.”

Another person wrote: “I found it interesting, considering how much Kim had been leaning into law & human rights in America.

Someone with her platform who was actually taking those issues seriously would have been campaigning hard for whichever politician they felt would help make the largest positive changes.”

A third wrote: “They’re single issue voters.

They’re super Christian.

It’s obvious.”

The only family member that spoke on the election was Kendall Jenner.

While the family was posting about Kris on her birthday, which happened to be on election day, Kendall posted important information on same-day registration and voting.

Kourtney, Khloe, Kylie and Robert gathered to celebrate their mother’s birthday.

Kourtney posted a picture on her Instagram Story of Khloe and Kylie wearing pajamas with Kris’ face on them.

She then posted a picture of Kris holding up a glass, while wearing the same pajamas.

Kourtney wrote: “happy birthday to our iconic queen matriarch! @krisjenner my mommy.”

Kim posted a picture on her Instagram story of a plane carrying a sign that said: “Kris Jenner for President.”
