Swift, 34, scooped her 13th Grammy Award win at this year’s ceremony in Los Angeles, with the singer and songwriter earning the coveted Best Pop Vocal Album for ‘Midnights’.

After reaching the milestone, she was later seen bumping into Kraft while taking a walk through Crypto.com Arena in between awards.

In exclusive footage captured by Dailymail.com, Swift spots the Patriots chief and stops for a quick hug before shaking hands and going their separate ways.

Kraft made the pop sensation feel welcome when she visited New England for boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the Patriots back in December.

Swift was in the stadium to support Kelce as the Chiefs powered past the Patriots 27-17 on December 17 – four days after her birthday.

When WCVB Boston asked if the Patriots got Swift a birthday present during her visit, they sent a picture of a framed ticket from her first ever NFL stadium show in Foxborough.

The concert took place on June 5, 2010, as part of her ‘Fearless’ tour.

She has gone on to sell out 12 more shows in the venue since as her transition from country to pop music catapulted her popularity.

During her acceptance speech at the Grammys on Sunday, Swift said: ‘Okay, this is my 13th Grammy. Which is my lucky number. I don’t know if I’ve ever told you that.

‘I want to say thank you to the members of the recording academy for voting this way, but I know that the way that the Recording Academy voted is a direct reflection of the passion of the fans.’
