“It’s a good feeling,” the athlete told reporters after the Kansas City Chiefs’ big win on Sunday.

It’s been an banner week for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

Following Swift’s album of the year and best pop vocal album wins for Midnights at the 2024 Grammy Awards on Feb. 4, Kelce helped bring the Kansas City Chiefs to victory at Sunday’s Super Bowl.

Swift jetted from her Eras Tour gig in Tokyo on Saturday night to be with her boyfriend in Las Vegas the following day. The pop star, who has been linked to Kelce since September 2023, even celebrated his big win with a romantic kiss on the field.

While speaking at the post-game press conference, Kelce commented on the back-to-back milestone he and Swift had. “Man, it’s on top of the world right now, baby. It’s a good feeling,” Kelce told reporters after the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22.

As for how his year compares to last, Kelce said, “Man, just when you think things couldn’t get any better…”

“I’ll tell you what, being on the mountaintop with my brother is something special that I’ll remember for the rest of my life,” he added of facing off against his brother — Eagles player Jason Kelce — in the 2023 Super Bowl.

He went on, “And it brings me to tears even thinking about that moment and being there all week with him. But what we had to endure with this team, to see guys rise to the occasion, to see guys put stats aside, to see guys just put their heart in every single day and focus every single day for the person next to them. That’s something special that I’ll not only learn from, but I’ll take with me and these memories will last forever.”

The Chiefs’ win came after Swift made history at the 2024 Grammys after she became the only artist to ever win album of the year four times, with wins for Midnights, Fearless, 1989 and Folklore.

“When Travis Kelce arrived quietly at the private memorial service in Dallas, no one expected the Chiefs’ tight end to turn the somber gathering into a moment that would be remembered forever. ▶️ WATCH THE VIDEO: As Marshawn Kneeland’s father sat in the front row holding a framed photo of his son, his hands trembling, Travis approached — not as a football superstar, but as a teammate, a brother, and a man who understood the weight of loss. Placing one arm gently around Kneeland’s father’s shoulders, Travis spoke softly, his voice steady yet full of emotion: “Marshawn Kneeland wasn’t just a player on our team — he was the soul of it. His energy, his laughter, his fight… they’ll stay with us every time we step on that field.” For a moment, the chapel fell completely silent. Then Travis lowered his head, offering a quiet prayer. His words, unspoken yet deeply felt, carried through the room — a promise that Marshawn’s spirit would live on through the game he loved and the men who played beside him. By the time Travis stepped back, tears filled the eyes of teammates, family, and friends alike. In that small chapel, it wasn’t about football anymore. It was about brotherhood, grief, and the kind of love that refuses to fade — even after the final whistle.”
