Jason and Kylie Kelce were seemingly trying to have a low-key date night when it was interrupted by a fan in need of a lesson in manners … ’cause the Philadelphia Eagles legend’s wife was forced to confront a woman in a heated exchange.

A brief clip of the interaction was captured and posted on social media … with Philly-based podcast “Word to the Wise” claiming the married couple was minding their business when they were stopped by someone wanting a picture outside Steve & Cookies in New Jersey.

The retired Philadelphia Eagles center spent time at the Jersey Shore over Memorial Day weekend, enjoying a night out at Steve & Cookie’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar in Margate City, per Page Six, when a woman approached them and asked the NFL star for a photo. When Jason declined to take a photo with the fan, the woman became irate. “You’ll never be allowed in this town again!” she yelled at the Kelces, as a man attempted to get between her and the couple. Kylie, for her part, did not take the incident sitting down.

“I can smell the alcohol on your breath, you’re embarrassing yourself,” she yelled at the woman in response.

Per the Word to the Wise podcast’s Instagram caption, a “crumb bum was trying to get a photo with @kykelce & @jason.kelce while they were in traffic or in their car. Kylie politely said no and that’s when the crumb bum went off. You can hear the crumb bum saying, ‘you’ll never be allowed in this town,’” the video caption read. “Hun you just embarrassed yourself. MULTIPLE WITNESSES have messaged us and said the Kelce’s did nothing wrong and were so polite.”

On the Wednesday, May 29, episode of his New Heights podcast, Jason — who has been married to Kylie, a Philly native, since 2018 — discussed their weekend at the shore, though he did not mention the drama.

“We went to Sea Isle. We had a great time,” Jason told his brother, Travis Kelce, on the pod, noting that he, Kylie and their three young daughters —Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 1 — “went to the beach, had a lot of fun with the girls, ate a lot of beach food.”

“The shore was fun,” Jason reiterated. “It was good to be out there.”
